Annual Milgrim Christmas Party

Every year we have a Christmas party for my mom's side of the family. All the grandkids and great grandkids draw names and exchange gifts. My mom has 6 brothers and sisters. There are 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. So needless to say we're a pretty big family. We decided to take the party to Fletcher last year and it worked out so well that we went back this year. Santa always comes to visit and brings the kids their presents. This year we had the kids decorate cookies. And they had lots of fun.

Christmas Tree

Here is a picture of my Christmas tree. I couldn't ever get a really good picture, so this will have to do.
And here are some closer pictures of my wrapping paper and the gift tags I made this year. I'm telling you, I'm a bit of a freak when it comes to Christmas!
And here is our Christmas card this year...

Blessed Beginnings Christmas Program

It's that time of year! We've been going, going, going. This is the busiest time of year for Matt so he's been working very hard. We're so lucky to have such a great provider for a husband and daddy! Christmas time is also a busy time at school. We had a Christmas program earlier this week, which took lots of preparation. But it turned out great! Ryan's class opened the program in prayer. It was so cute! They have a little rhyme that they say before they pray, and then when they say Amen they all get so excited and clap and yell! They also played Jingle Bells with little bells. Ryan just stood there and watched everyone. He didn't jingle once, but he was still cute.

Gabe got to say a memory verse with a few select kids. The kid is such a sponge, he nailed it. But his finger was in his nose the whole time. His verse was "Do not be afraid, I bring you good news. A Savior has been born, he is Christ the Lord." Luke 2:10 & 11. His class also sang "In the Lord's Army" and a song called "Little Bitty Baby". Gabe was so cute, he was trying so hard not to smile. This was his expression during most of the program, cheeks sucked in trying not to crack a smile.
I tried to get the boys picture in front of the Christmas tree, but this was the best that I got. Nice, huh? Those two just will NOT pose for me and it's driving me crazy!

Ice Storm

3 posts in one day, obviously I'm bored out of my mind from being trapped in this house. Anyway, here's a picture of my neighbors tree. It is split right down the middle. I feel so bad for her because she was so proud of that tree.

And I absolutely love this commercial, this kid's facial expressions crack me up!! I can't get enough of it!!

Christmas Cards

Here are some new Christmas cards I designed. If you'd like me to make some for your family let me know. These are pre-made so it would be easy to just insert a picture and print. But you'd have to let me know soon, we're running out of time! :) To see more designs go to www.foxieloxie.com

Christmas Time!

I haven't posted in a while. We've been really busy, but everything is going good. We had a great Thanksgiving with all our family. We've got most of our Christmas shopping done. All we lack is a few more presents for Ryan. He's been really tough to buy for. We put our Christmas tree up this weekend and it's so pretty! I love it! It's smaller than we normally get, but we really didn't have too much room for a tree since we got new furniture this year. For those of you who don't know, I decorate my tree in a different color scheme every year. This year my colors are red, black and white. I also wrap all my presents in the same colors to match. It looks so cute! I love Christmas time! Here are a few pictures I've taken over the past weeks. They're random, but I wanted to share...

A Sooner, A Pony, & a New Room...

We're keeping busy here in the Seaton household! We've re-done Ryan's bedroom. He now has an airplane bedroom. I've been dying to make over his room for the longest time. It has been the same ever since Gabe was a baby. I am so happy with how it turned out! We still need to add some more details, but the hard part is done! My very talented friend Stephanie painted an airplane for his room and it looks so good! Thanks so much, Stephanie! :)

We also had a very busy Halloween. My parents sold their house across the street from us. (Yes, we're very sad about that) But they bought a beautiful new house, and we were trying to help them move on Halloween. The boys and I weren't much help, but we were there for moral support. But we got home just in time to take a nap and get all dressed up to go trick or treating. Gabe was a OU football player and Ryan was Boomer the horse (one of OU's mascots). I like to do "theme" halloweens. Last year Gabe was a firefighter and Ryan was a dalmation dog. That's going to be hard to keep up, I know. Anyway, I'm rambling now here are some pictures from Halloween. I better be going. I'm supposed to babysit for a friend of mine tonight, so I better go clean up the house! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Happy Birthday, Ryan!

Saturday Ryan turned 2! I can't believe my baby is two already! We had his party at Jump Zone and we had a blast! Thanks to everyone who came out and jumped with us! Ryan loves airplanes so his party was all about airplanes. It was a pretty nice and relaxing party up until the end. They only give you 30 minutes to eat cake and open presents. And Ryan is so blessed with such sweet friends and family that he had too many presents to open and not enough time to open them all! So a few people didn't get to see Ryan open their gifts! And we're so sorry about that! But he and Gabe have definitely been enjoying all the new toys in our house this weekend! Here are a few pictures from the party...
